Shipping orders

• All orders within Greece are sent via ACS Courier the next working day after submitting your order.
  When we send an order, we send you the corresponding Tracking Number by text message (SMS) to your mobile phone, as well as by email to the email address you have given us.

Parcel delivery time

• Order delivery time is usually1-3 working days.

In case of hard-to-reach areas, the delivery time may be a little longer.

Shipping costs for shipments within Greece

For purchases within Greece, the following applies:

A) Orders with a value greater than €80

Shipping for orders over €80 is free (without shipping costs), as long as they are not bulky items*

B) Orders with a value of less than €80

For sending orders worth less than €80, the shipping cost is €5 nationwide.

C) Collection from the Serres store

With the option of payment and collection from our store in Serres, there is no additional charge.

*Bulky Objects

IMPORTANT:For orders concerning:

• ski boots
• snowboards
• ski or snowboard boots
• other bulky products (eg SUP)

there is an extra charge for shipping costs due to the increased volume of parcels.

In these cases, the additional charges are listed on the page of the specific products separately for shipments within Greece.
